I must give a shout, to any who are listening, to two sites that have given me an immense amount of pleasure, and an immense amount of (rare) music over the last few weeks:


First, the Nuns Are On The Sea Wall, which any good Velvets geek will recognise. *Huge* amount of VU bootlegs, all in nice FLACS, and some pretty fantastic VU boardgames to boot. Thank you!

and then there's Excavated Shellac, on to which dear Mya kindly turned me. An extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and generous individual is digitising, cleaning up and making available his 78 collection of music from all around the world. And it is simply wonderful.
